Gigi Moran, Vice President/Controller

Gigi Moran

Prior to joining Tahoe Keys Resort as Controller in 1996, Gigi owned and operated her own business in the Bay Area. This thirteen-year business venture provided Gigi experience in dealing with outside contractors and interior designers. This experience has been invaluable to her current position that demands an understanding of property maintenance and contractor relations. Gigi's duties include processing of yearly budgets, monthly owner statements and processing of all company financial responsibilities, as well as, Human Resource policy and procedure at Tahoe Keys Resort. As a property owner, Gigi understands the concerns and various issues regarding rental property ownership.

Lisa Underwood, Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Lisa Underwood

Lisa has over 15 years of experience in hospitality sales and marketing, having served as Corporate Director of Sales for a group of East Coast hotels based in Virginia and North Carolina and Director of Marketing for Bermuda Run Country Club in North Carolina. With a B.A. degree in Language Arts and Communication, Lisa has been instrumental in designing and implementing new Internet technologies, strategic advertising and marketing plans.

Shirley Arellano, Front Office Manager

Shirley Arellano

Shirley has been with Tahoe Keys Resort since Feb. 1997. Prior to her new position with Tahoe Keys Resort, Shirley served as a Reservation Agent for Tahoe Keys Resort. She began her career in hospitality management with the Embassy Suites in 1994 as Night Manager. Shirley promotes a customer service driven policy in her department and is responsible for ensuring that all guests receive exemplary service and attention during their stay at Tahoe Keys.

Michael Keller, Property Manager

Michael Keller

Michael began his career with Tahoe Keys in September of 2000 and worked part time as our Web Manager and property photograper while earning his degree. He graduated from Lake Tahoe Community College in 2001 with an AA in Liberal Arts and the University of California Santa Cruz in 2003 with a BA in Business Management Economics -course work included Accounting, Business Law, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, Management, and Financial Markets. He is a licensed CA real estate broker and owner of Keller Properties.
