Kayak Tahoe

This kayak touring and river shop is located on the beautiful beach at Timber Cove Marina. Kayak Tahoe rents and sells touring and river kayaks and accessories, offers all levels of instruction daily and conducts guided tours of two to four hours. You can paddle right from their shop to Nevada Beach, the Upper Truckee River and many other great destinations. You can even have your kayak delivered to Baldwin Beach and paddle into Emerald Bay or to Sand Harbor to access the east shore beaches. This shop also has racks for your vehicle if you want to transport your kayak to someplace exotic! Kayak guided tours include Emerald Bay, East Shore, Sunset, Moonlight, Kokanee Salmon and the Upper Truckee Wildlife Tour. Kayak Tahoe operates daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. from May 24 to September 30, weather permitting. Reservations are required for tours and lessons and are also accepted for rentals.
